30-day money-back (eligible plans)
First-time monthly VPS purchases may qualify for a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment if service quality falls short of expectations.
Not covered
- Renewals and upgrades after the initial term
- Abuse-related suspensions
- Third-party license fees or domains
- Partial months after active productive use beyond fair-use review

Open a ticket from the client area or email support@tymeline.net with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
