Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Tymeline Cloud Services websites, billing, and VPS products.
1. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Services
VPS services are self-managed unless otherwise agreed. We provide compute, storage, and network resources as described on each plan page. Provisioning completes after payment confirmation and admin review.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, spam, abuse, crypto-mining without approval, or activity that threatens network stability. We may suspend services that violate this policy.
4. Billing
Fees are billed in INR monthly unless stated otherwise. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after the due date. Renewal notices are issued in advance.
5. Support
Support covers platform access, networking basics, and billing. Application-level administration remains your responsibility on unmanaged VPS plans.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tymeline Cloud Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use or downtime.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
